5. Fees, Billing & Payment

Course and coaching fees are quoted in CHF and billed via secure third-party processors. You agree to pay all applicable fees before accessing content or sessions.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied. If you’re not happy with any paid program, you may request a refund under these conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase;
• You have accessed no more than 25% of the course content (e.g., watched fewer than a quarter of lessons or attended fewer than one live session);
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spiritual Jump is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our materials are provided “as is” and outcomes depend on your own effort and context.
